Dear Parents

Please note these dates and avoid taking your child(ren) out of school during term time. If, in exceptional circumstances, you find it necessary to do so, could you please write to Mrs. Scott at the earliest possible opportunity. Please note the paragraph below from the school’s Attendance Policy.

Only in exceptional circumstances will other explanations be acceptable. Each application will be considered on a case by case basis. However, any authorised absence will be unlikely to exceed ten days.

Previous attendance records will be taken into account. If a child’s attendance for the previous year has been less than 95% authorisation is unlikely.
