Feedback and Complaints
The Academy welcomes feedback from service users and carries out regular surveys with parents and carers.
If you wish to raise a concern or make a complaint, please arrange to speak to your child’s teacher or contact the school office.
Our policy is to deal with all matters of concern promptly and informally through discussion and agreement if possible.
A formal complaints procedure is available from the School Office if matters cannot be resolved in this manner or if you wish to submit your complaint in writing.
